⚖️ What everybody expects from you and what you should expect from the team. It is all about mentality

The foundation of innovation. We will never say, “Because this is how we do things here.”
We will support curiosity with time, training, and coaching.
“This is mine. There is no -they- or -the Company- it's on me”
We don’t favor rigid processes, controlling mechanisms, and old-school micro management.
When you reach a roadblock, switch up your approach. If that proves ineffective, don't delay; seek assistance and present the matter to the team. It is not in our culture the tagline: “This is not my Job.”
“Everything is gonna go well; don’t worry.”
Biggest lie in history. Nothing will go well (actually, more often than not, nothing really goes well) unless you put the effort (exceptions may apply: lottery, deceased rich uncle, etc.).
Be sure to understand the context of your work. If you are unsure, ask. If there are any blind spots or clarifications needed for you to complete your work, ask. In general, ask.
Listen, digest change your opinion as many times as you want. Be clear about our risks and expectations.
Discuss for hours during beers or when brainstorming for new ideas. However, during important tasks, go straight to the point.
Try to avoid jargon and be as simple and clear as possible. Zero bullshit always wins.
Make decisions. Worst case, you might fail in a controlled environment. Prioritise, decide on what is truly important and what’s not. Filter and learn to say NO when necessary.
Plan ahead. Don’t get trapped in the daily routine.
Take a moment to step back and see the big picture.
